SMS Deadline Reminders

Program: ClaimHawk Deadline Reminders

ClaimHawk sends low-frequency transactional SMS reminders to U.S. mobile numbers when a filing deadline is approaching for a class-action settlement you have personally started filing on ClaimHawk. We never send marketing or promotional texts on this program.

How to opt in

Opt-in is a deliberate, multi-step action taken by the authenticated user:

  1. Create a ClaimHawk account at https://claimhawk.ai (magic-link or Google OAuth).
  2. Navigate to Account Settings.
  3. In the “SMS deadline reminders” section, enter your U.S. mobile number.
  4. Check the opt-in checkbox labeled “Send me SMS deadline reminders”.
  5. Click “Save SMS settings”.

Reply STOP to any ClaimHawk text to opt out instantly.

The opt-in checkbox is not pre-selected and is not bundled with any other agreement. No SMS is sent to a number unless both the phone number has been entered AND the opt-in checkbox is explicitly checked and saved by the authenticated user.

What you’ll receive

A typical deadline reminder looks like:

Message frequency

Typically fewer than 4 messages per user per month. Volume is tied to your own claim activity — if you have no active claims with upcoming deadlines, you receive no messages.

How to opt out or get help

  • Reply STOP to any ClaimHawk SMS to unsubscribe immediately.
  • Reply HELP to any ClaimHawk SMS for support info.
  • You can also uncheck “Send me SMS deadline reminders” in Account Settings and click Save to revoke consent.
  • For direct support, email admin@claimhawk.ai.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier, not ClaimHawk, determines those charges. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing purposes.
