The opt-in checkbox is not pre-selected and is not bundled with any other agreement. No SMS is sent to a number unless both the phone number has been entered AND the opt-in checkbox is explicitly checked and saved by the authenticated user.

Typically fewer than 4 messages per user per month. Volume is tied to your own claim activity — if you have no active claims with upcoming deadlines, you receive no messages.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier, not ClaimHawk, determines those charges. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing purposes.
