These Terms govern your use of ClaimHawk (“the service”), operated by ClaimHawk (“we,” “us,” “our”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
ClaimHawk helps you discover class action settlements you may be eligible for and assists you in filing claims by pre-filling forms based on information you provide. We match your profile to public settlement eligibility criteria, remind you of filing deadlines, and generate claim documentation.
ClaimHawk is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We do not represent you in any legal matter, we are not your attorney, and using ClaimHawk does not create an attorney-client relationship. If you need legal advice, consult a licensed attorney. Settlement eligibility and approval of any individual claim is determined solely by the settlement administrator, not by us.
You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to use the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Paid tiers are billed monthly via Stripe at the prices posted on our pricing page. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing period. You can cancel anytime from your Account Settings; access continues through the end of the paid period.
Recovery guarantee: If at the time you cancel your paid subscription the estimated payouts from your filed claims are less than the total you paid us, we will issue a refund for the difference, subject to fraud checks. This is our “instant refund on cancel” guarantee and is implemented automatically when your subscription is cancelled.
Taxes, carrier SMS charges, and payment-network fees (if any) are your responsibility.
If you opt in to SMS, you consent to receive transactional text messages from ClaimHawk about your own claim deadlines. Message frequency is low (typically under 4 per month). Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Message and data rates may apply. See our Privacy Policy for details.
ClaimHawk offers a referral program in which you may earn a commission (currently 30%) on paid subscriptions from users you refer. Rewards accrue as credits redeemable against your own ClaimHawk invoices. We reserve the right to deny, reverse, or adjust rewards for fraudulent referrals (including self-referrals, fake accounts, or coordinated schemes) and to change the commission rate or program terms on 30 days’ notice. Rewards have no cash value outside of what’s specifically offered through the redemption flow.
You retain ownership of any information or documents you upload. You grant ClaimHawk a limited license to process, store, and transmit that content solely to provide the service, including sharing relevant content with third-party processors named in our Privacy Policy (for example, uploading a claim form to a settlement administrator on your behalf, with your explicit action).
The service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any claim you file will be approved, that payouts will match estimates, or that settlement details are current at all times — settlement information is sourced from public websites and may change without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClaimHawk and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold ClaimHawk harmless from any claim, demand, or loss (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
You may close your account at any time from Account Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe continued access would harm other users or the service. Upon termination, your rights to use the service cease and we will handle your data per our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits either party’s right to seek injunctive relief in any competent court.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will notify you by email or by a prominent notice in the app before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
