The Fandango class action settlement addresses allegations that Fandango failed to disclose a mandatory Convenience Fee for online movie ticket purchases in California and that it sold FanClub memberships with expiring credits, violating consumer protection laws. The settlement offers eligible consumers cash or vouchers as compensation.
California and Washington consumers who purchased a Fandango FanClub membership between October 7, 2024 and April 16, 2025, or bought movie tickets through Fandango to a California theater between June 11, 2020 and June 17, 2024 and paid a Convenience Fee.

Eligible consumers can claim a $3.25 cash payment by submitting a Claim Form.
Consumers automatically receive a $3.25 voucher without needing to file a claim.
Consumers automatically receive a $7.50 FanClub voucher without needing to file a claim.
