The settlement resolves a lawsuit alleging that MUBI, a global streaming service, failed to provide adequate notice of automatic subscription renewals and did not seek sufficient consent for these renewals. Consumers who signed up for a MUBI subscription on or after April 1, 2021, and had their subscriptions renewed without receiving a full refund may be entitled to compensation.
California residents who signed up for a MUBI subscription on or after April 1, 2021, that was renewed between April 1, 2021, and May 31, 2025.
This settlement has the following claim path.
Settlement Class Members who submit a valid Claim Form will receive an equal portion of the Settlement Fund after deducting costs.
